Tasting notes Le Petit Fonainebleau Rose Chateau Fontainebleau, biodynamic wine, Cinsault, Grenache, Pure Provence. Le Petit Fontainebleau is a delicious natural wine from the Var region of Provence just north of Brignoles. The name of the 16 hectare estate comes from the proximity to the river and the abundance of water in the subsoil meaning the vines suffer from less water stress in the height of summer and this helps the ripeness of the fruit and the delicacy if aroma. The Rose Petit Fontainebleau has the lovel aromas of provence, with peach and strawberry on the nose with subtle notes of garrigue. The palate is superb, soft, clean, bright and well balanced, the ideal summer aperitif.
