Tasting notes Wide with aromas of plums, citrus, flowers and white flowers. The palate is pleasant and friendly.
Harvested by hand. Each parcel is vinified separately and blend together after. Grapes are destemmed and pressed directly. 20% of the juice is put in foudre and 80% in stainless steel tanks. Natural fermentation lasts for 20 days. No malolactic fermentation. Wine is bottled in April.
It's 2012 vintage was rated by the New York Times as the best wine from the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin.
